Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using seedforgetech.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you use a preview or pilot of our software under a separate written agreement, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
Who operates this site
SeedForge Technologies LLC owns and operates this website and the SignalForge Alert product described on it.
Informational and early-stage nature
The content on this site is provided for general information about our company and products. SignalForge Alert is in controlled development and pilot preparation. Descriptions of features, integrations, channels, and availability are forward-looking and may change, and nothing here is a commitment to deliver a specific feature by a specific date.
No emergency or life-safety reliance
SignalForge Alert is not an emergency dispatch service, a healthcare product, or a life-safety system. It must not be relied upon as the sole means of contacting emergency services or responding to life-safety situations. Always maintain independent procedures and contact your local emergency number when there is an emergency.
No warranty
The site and any preview or pilot access are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or any preview will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to gain unauthorized access, no interfering with or overloading our systems, no scraping in a way that burdens the service, no reverse engineering except where that right cannot be limited by law, no unlawful use, and no use that infringes the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, our software, and our marks — including “SeedForge Technologies” and “SignalForge Alert” — are owned by SeedForge Technologies LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to view the site for your own informational and business evaluation purposes. All other rights are reserved.
Third-party services and integrations
Our products may rely on or link to services operated by third parties, such as communications, hosting, or infrastructure providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Pilot and beta features
Pilot, beta, or preview features are made available for evaluation, may be incomplete, and may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time without liability to you. Data created during a pilot may not be preserved and should not be treated as a system of record unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SeedForge Technologies LLC and its members, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this site or any preview access. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate access to the site, or to any preview or pilot, at any time and for any reason, including suspected violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above, and continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
